Heroic Physique Lvl 2

This is a continuation of the Heroic Physique Program. The length of the program is 6 weeks, and it’s comprised of full body workouts. You’ll be doing three workouts a week, for the next 6 weeks. It’s designed this way so you have plenty of days to recover for the next training session. The exercises are similar to the previous program, but a little more challenging due to the fact that you’ll be stronger, and more resilient, than you were when you first started. Schedule: - Day 1: Workout A - Day 2: Active rest (30-45 min walk) - Day 3: Workout B - Day 4: Active rest (30-45 min walk) - Day 5: Workout C - Day 6: Rest - Day 7: Rest

About Saul Cervantes

Online personal trainer

Saul Cervantes has been training clients for over 10 years and has been on his own fitness journey since 2008. Over his career, he has acquired several certifications from highly accredited ogranizations, including CFSC, GMB and ISSA. He has helped countless clients transform into stronger, leaner and more athletic versions of themselves. What defines his training style is his attention to detail in programming and proper form. He has expertise in many fields, including functional strength training, gymnastics rings, bodyweight training, handstands, animal flow, bodybuilding and barbell strength training. Saul has also grown a significant following on Instagram and Youtube as “Spideyfit” and has inspired many to become their own hero through a combination of cosplay and fitness. In 2020, he and his wife Jaré (who is a certified Nutritionist) created their business Heroic Strength, where they team up to get clients impressive transformations through high quality training and nutrition programs. What’s the schedule?
Weight training 3 times per week 2-3 days of active rest: For example, let’s say you workout M/W/F on T/Thur/Sat when you rest you should still remain active. Do 30-40 mins of cardio/ab workouts, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk 1 full rest day
